Tutorial has two part. Part - I : Radio Theory & Practice and Part - II : Wairless Telegraph Act.

Radio Theory and Practice

Elementary Electricity and Magnetism:

Section A: Besic Electronics with Radio Theory and Practice for Amateur Radio.
Section B: National and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Radio Regulations applicable to the operation of amateur station and those relating to the working of station generally.
Section C: Morse (Only for General Certificate). Morse reception and sending (8 wpm)

Part 2:

Capacity Development, Knowledge about Community-based DRR, Information Management, Risk Identification & Assessment, Economics of DRR, Disaster Risk Management Introduction.

Eligibility : Age above 12 years for Amateur Radio Examination or 10+2 or Higher .
Duration : 6 Months. Fees : Free/-
